A doula is a non-medical person that helps support you through your pregnancy, labor and delivery and into the postpartum period. People who have a doula  in labor have shorter, and definitely more manageable births. My role in your birth team is to help guide you through your pregnancy, support you during your birth and help you adjust during the postpartum period.

Your investment of $850 includes:

I knew I could call Robin day or night and she’d listen and answer my questions no matter how silly I thought they might be.”

“I used Robin for my birth. She was magnificent and I highly recommend her. She was amazing, had a wonderful personality and beautiful energy. I just really feel the need to spread the word because pregnancy is overwhelming and I want to make it easier for people to find a GREAT doula!”

People who have postpartum doula support bounce back from birth quicker, and adjust to their new life easier.

For $25/hour:

Placenta encapsulation is an honored tradition, which honors the placenta for the job that it did supporting your baby. Placenta pills are odorless and tasteless. They contain iron, vitamins, minerals and hormones like oxytocin and progesterone. People who take placenta pills after birth report less postpartum depression, quicker physical healing and improved lactation. Pills can be added on for “rough days” when added support is needed.

Placenta encapsulation costs $350 and includes

A doula for everyone!

Birth work is very important to me, but being on call is a sacrifice. I try to set my prices fairly for the families I service and for my family as well. The most important thing to me is accessibility. EVERY birthing person should be able access a doula. Please do not hesitate to inquire about my sliding scale. I also accept (and love!) bartering for full or partial payments.
